Remote Management K&L Technology Consulting will deliver proactive monitoring, notification and problem resolution using secure remote management connections over the Internet. With remote management, it will allow our customers the resources of a complete technology department for less than it would cost to manage IT support in house. This remote management package consists of network, server and workstation monitoring, as well as full performance monitoring of power management devices. We will ensure that critical events are always recognized and addressed in a timely manner, and will always take advantage of new technologies to monitor the critical attributes of our customer's infrastructure. Notification and escalation processes are defined at service onset, and will be based on event severity. |
